Confident and assertive when providing coaching, guidance, or direction
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Handle accounts payable including invoice entry and approval tracking

Administer all bi-weekly payroll activities for ~ 115 employees
-
Manage employee, union, and vendor contracts
-
Handle monthly balance sheet reconciliations via Blackline software
-
Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries
-
Review monthly p-card activity and assist with coding
-
Liaise with Senior Leadership and Corporate staff
