REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Familiar with U.S. LLC accounting and property management preferred
- Accurate, organized, and reliable with good communication skills
- Can work remotely or locally in our client’s area
- CPA or bookkeeping certificate a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain QuickBooks records (income, expenses, vendor payments)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare basic financial reports for CPA and management review
- Track invoices, payables, and receivables
- Communicate with management on missing documents or clarifications
