RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide governance and strategic direction aligned with our client’s mission and vision.
- Ensure legal, ethical, and financial accountability of the organization.
- Attend and actively participate in quarterly board meetings and committee assignments.
- Approve budgets, policies, and strategic/operational plans.
- Make a personal annual financial contribution at a meaningful level, and ensure 100% board giving participation.
- Support fundraising by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding donors, and participating in campaigns and events.
- Serve as an ambassador by representing our client’s in the community and sharing its mission within personal and professional networks.
- Recruit and mentor new board members to strengthen governance capacity.
