RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bill third-party insurance for patient services
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy of billing data.
- Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Conduct data entry with high accuracy while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Assist with medical billing tasks, CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology for healthcare-related accounts.
- Reconcile accounts regularly, prepare financial statements, and assist with audit preparations as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and account activities for audit readiness.
