REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of appointment-setting or SDR experience (B2B or digital marketing agency preferred)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed quotas in a remote environment
- Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
- Comfortable handling 50–100 outbound calls/day and managing a fast-paced pipeline
- Obsessed with follow-up and hungry to win — you love turning “maybe later” into “let’s book it”
- Organized, accountable, and data-driven (you live by your KPIs)
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a plus
- Familiarity with home-service industries (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call, text, and email inbound leads from our funnels (VSLs, audits, referrals, etc.)
- Qualify leads using our 3-Question Fit Framework (revenue, marketing budget, tech stack)
- Follow up with warm leads through multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email, social)
- Manage and update CRM records (GoHighLevel / HubSpot) with accurate notes and activity
- Book appointments directly on the sales team’s calendar
- Confirm and remind leads of scheduled meetings to ensure a 70%+ show-up rate
- Handle objections confidently and keep follow-ups consistent until contact is made
- Collaborate with Sales Director to improve scripts, outreach angles, and close rates
- Report daily metrics (calls, connects, bookings, show rate, revenue from booked calls)
