RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and confirm appointments between agents and clients through phone, email, or online systems
  • Maintain and update agent calendars to ensure accurate availability and time management
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and appointment requests in a professional manner
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
  • Manage cancellations and rescheduling while minimizing downtime or conflicts
  • Coordinate virtual meeting links or conference call details for remote consultations
  • Document all communications, appointment details, and client notes in the scheduling system
  • Work closely with agents to optimize appointment flow and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and agent information
