RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and confirm appointments between agents and clients through phone, email, or online systems
- Maintain and update agent calendars to ensure accurate availability and time management
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and appointment requests in a professional manner
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
- Manage cancellations and rescheduling while minimizing downtime or conflicts
- Coordinate virtual meeting links or conference call details for remote consultations
- Document all communications, appointment details, and client notes in the scheduling system
- Work closely with agents to optimize appointment flow and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and agent information
