REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom; experience with Concur or similar travel/expense platforms is a plus
Comfortable managing competing priorities and working independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle scheduling conflicts with diplomacy
Plan and book travel itineraries, including air, hotel, and ground transportation
Prepare and submit expense reports and ensure timely processing of reimbursements
Support internal meeting logistics including agenda prep, attendee coordination, and follow-ups
Help track simple marketing programs and internal initiatives, ensuring tasks stay on schedule
Partner with other executive assistants and administrative staff to support team-wide activities and events
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the marketing leadership team
