REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic email/text correspondence.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability during morning hours (8–10 AM ET preferred).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and organize the owner’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities.
  • Input new client leads into Google Docs and maintain lead tracking sheets.
  • Respond to emails and text messages on behalf of the company as directed.
  • Schedule client appointments, follow-up calls, and internal meetings.
  • Conduct a short morning tag-up call with the owner to review new leads, daily priorities, and next steps.
  • Support light administrative projects as needed to streamline operations.
  • Support weekly Production Meeting to review current jobs
