REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, leasing, sales, or property management preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (phone and email).
- Familiarity with CRMs (Podio, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to analyze market data and evaluate property values.
- High organization skills with the ability to manage many leads at once.
- Comfortable with cold calling, warm calling, and following up.
- Ability to work independently and hit targets without supervision.
- Basic understanding of contracts and real estate terminology (training provided).
- Fast learner with a proactive, results-priven attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct property data analysis, comps, market trends, pricing evaluations, and deal profitability assessments.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to property owners, agents, tenants, and leads.
- Qualify leads using company criteria and prepare opportunity summaries.
- Negotiate purchase terms and coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare acquisition contracts, LOls, and supporting documents (templates provided).
- Work closely with leadership to assege which deals move forward and support due diligence.
- Track all acquisition KPls: call volume, conversion rate, deal pipeline, follow-ups, etc.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach when discussing terms, pricing, and objections.
- Provide regular updates on the acquisition pipeline and recommended opportunities.
