- 0-2 years of acquisition or procurement experience
- Basic understanding of federal contracting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing basic solicitation documents and procurement packages
- Conduct preliminary market research and compile findings
- Maintain contract files and documentation
- Support data entry and tracking in procurement systems
- Assist with contract close-out documentation
- Help prepare standard modifications and administrative changes
- Compile supporting documentation for acquisition packages
- Assist senior staff with cost/price analysis data gathering
- Create routine correspondence and procurement forms
- Support compliance review documentation efforts
