REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in client services, sales, or marketing (agency or digital preferred)
- Skilled communicator with strong organizational abilities
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote setting and manages multiple accounts
- Comfortable using project management and CRM tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, pitch, and onboard clients for any service package (Acorn to Grand Oak)
- Main point of contact for assigned accounts; coordinate with internal teams
- Lead kickoff calls, track goals, ensure smooth project delivery
- Report campaign results and provide insights to clients
- Advise and identify upsell opportunities, including high-ticket services like commercials
- Build long-term, positive client relationships
- Attend relevant local events (at your own expense) to network and generate leads
