REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services sales of Microsoft technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level professional services sales
  • A minimum of 2 years Microsoft Co-Sell experience
  • Relationship building abilities.
  • Demonstrate confident presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Team player willing to assist peers to increase collective agility and success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new accounts to expand the firm’s client base, with a focus on Microsoft-centric organizations and opportunities.
  • Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships within existing accounts and Microsoft field seller relationships, uncovering new needs and upselling/cross-selling the firm’s services and solutions.
  • Microsoft Field Seller Engagement: Actively manage relationships with designated Microsoft field sellers to maximize joint Co-Sell pipeline and sales impact for both organizations.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from initial lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Solution Selling: Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and professional services, and productized professional services to present compelling solutions addressing client business challenges.
  • Pipeline and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within Invoke’s approved system of record (CRM); provide regular updates to sales and executive leadership.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current with Microsoft technology trends, partner programs, and competitive landscape to effectively position the firm’s offerings.
  • Event Participation: Represent the firm at Microsoft and industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with consulting, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Pursue relevant Microsoft certifications and continuous learning to remain at the forefront of technology professional services sales.
