REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client service, or campaign delivery (media, advertising, gaming, or related field).
- A genuine passion for gaming and gaming culture.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with timelines, juggle multiple tasks, and follow processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimise campaigns hands-on while overseeing offshore teams and partners to ensure performance and delivery.
- Support Account Managers in delivering integrated gaming campaigns across North America.
- Assist with campaign set-up, monitoring, and reporting.
- Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams (creative, ad ops, strategy, production).
- Track project budgets and liaise with Finance on invoicing and reconciliations.
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks including client status updates, meeting notes, and reporting decks.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and gaming audiences to inform client recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by responding quickly and providing excellent service.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve campaign delivery.
