REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-7 years of quality assurance/quality control experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CQM/CQA, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, auditing standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage quality-focused projects, ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, templates, and checklists for use across teams and projects.
- Coordinate peer reviews, quality inspections, audits, and assessments for work products, deliverables, and processes.
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for process optimization and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, technical, compliance, and communications) to embed quality practices in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Track and report on quality control activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain documentation and records in support of audits, certifications, and compliance standards.
- Provide training and mentoring on quality standards, policies, and tools as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and quality stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and support successful outcomes.
