REQUIREMENTS
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- HOA/property management accounting experience preferred
- Understanding of fund accounting or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with CINC, or Buildium software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform month-end closing procedures for multiple associations
- Reconcile operating and reserve bank accounts
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and fund activity reports
- Review financials for accuracy prior to Board distribution
- Post accruals, prepaids, and reserve transfers including journal entries
- Ensure consistency across associations (chart of accounts, documentation, etc.)
- Collaborate with data-entry staff to resolve discrepancies
