Job Overview
The Technical Architect-Cloud is responsible for operational support, application configurations, batch processing design, and liaison between different teams. They ensure smooth implementation and integration of technical and functional requirements for customers.
- Should have good working knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products.
- Preferable to have implementation experience on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products. Candidates will operational support background experience can be considered based on merit.
- Candidate should have good operational knowledge of the application configurations and its business use.
- Should have working knowledge of control-m batch scheduling tool and understand batch processing design and SLA’s.
- Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates
- Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledge base
- Responsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project.
- Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency.
- Should have awareness of IT processes and should be compliant in following the Incident/ Problem and release management process.
General Skills and Requirements (all levels):
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or master’s degree in computer applications or any other equivalent technical field.
- Technical Stack
- Knowledge in any SCPO module (Demand & FF, ESP,IO, S&OP)
- OS – Unix-RHEL, Windows 2008R2 and above.
- RDBMS – Oracle 11g and above and SQL/PLSQL 2012 and above (Mandatory)
- Scripting – Perl, Shell, Python is Mandatory
- Scheduling tools knowledge – Control-M is preferred one
- Knowledge in Web application & support, concept of load balancing, networking etc is an advantage.
- BA tools – Cognos.
- Knowledge of SFTP, AS2 & Azure basic cloud concept is an advantage
- Programming – Knowledge of core Java and C++ is an advantage
- Communication
- Associate has good English language Skills both verbal and written
- Associate has expert customer service/phones skills – Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and dealing with difficult customers
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting.
- Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills.
