Job Overview
We are looking for a competent Senior Order Management Analyst. This role demands to focus on future planned/back orders and related procedures including but not limited to working with global partners expediting and/or researching other accepted solutions. This role need proactive analysis on improving the Order fulfilment and the ordering pattern in collaboration with Product Group, Engineers and Dealers
- Managing planned/backorder orders with complete ownership of order fulfilment.
- Be accountable for the service fill metrics for the assigned dealers and work on corrective/preventive actions
- Engage Engineers, Product Groups or Technical resources for guidance as appropriate
- Act as an escalation coordinator for addressing critical orders with global collaboration.
- Provide functional/technical training for developing resources and support in onboarding the new team members to order management process.
- Analyze dealer orders and suggest solutions to the dealers/senior management to help dealer fill their orders on time, reducing cost on transportation/operations.
- Coach, develop and onboard juniors as needed
- Building Rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contact on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations of the business segment being supported.
- Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.
- This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions.
- Improve service fill for dealer orders
- Be proactive than reactive in keeping dealer updated on their orders – use technology
- Timeliness to answer/respond or act on dealer orders, phone calls and emails.
- Initiative and possibly other aspects with respect to process improvements
- Cross functional support as needed
- Others as determined by supervisor
- Bachelor degree / Diploma (3 years) with equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of job-related experience in supply chain domain
- Attention to details and strong customer focused
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and background
- Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS-Office skills and good presentation skills
- Ability to handle dealer concerns and complaints effectively and negotiate best solution among many parties involved
- Should be willing to work in AP/US/EAME shifts
- This position requires no more than 5% travel
