Objectives / Purpose
- Gain a good understanding of the Business requirements pertaining to MDM by working in tandem with Business analysts and solution architects
- Support the data profiling activities and gain a good insight into the underlying data quality of various applications
- Support the design of the MDM application across the different technology components including Hub, Workflow, UI and services
- Work closely with the Solution architects to define the solution components for the MDM application including data models, integration layers
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the Master data management for HCP Master using the Informatica MDM SaaS Platform
- Perform data profiling, cleansing and data standardization process and document the data quality observations
- Design and develop data mappings between Source applications and MDM applications to support the batch data load
- Participate in code reviews, testing and performance tuning of the applications
- Document technical specifications, design decisions and runbook for implementation.
- Resolve technical issues in the MDM services configuration and regression test bug fixes
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- Proficient in building MDM applications on Informatica’s SaaS Platform
- Proven experience as a MDM developer for other large HCP Implementations
- Strong knowledge of Medpro, Veeva and other major HCP data sources
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and web services
- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing and data quality integrations with MDM Hub
- Knowledge of data governance and data catalog will be preferred
Leadership
- Effectively communicate with varying levels of management i.e. GDT/DDT Executives, GDT/DDT Project Managers, Supplier Representatives, etc.
- Strong Technical leadership skills to guide technical teams, provide architectural guidenace and drive successful MDM Implementations.
- Able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries
- Coordinate, manage and complete primary tasks and special projects with minimal oversight

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant field
- Skill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering and IDMC Platform
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Indepth understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets and data management concepts.
