Key Responsibilities :
– Security Architecture Design: Develop and implement security architecture strategies to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and data.
– Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigations.
– Policy Development: Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of technology projects.
– Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, providing expertise in identifying and remediating security breaches.
– Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions that meet organizational needs.
– Training and Awareness: Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices and threat awareness.
Skills Required :
– Extensive knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
– Strong experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
– Proficiency in cloud security practices, particularly for platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
– Familiarity with application security, including secure software development practices and code review.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
