Job Description: As a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and processes within our organization. You will work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement RPA solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technologies.

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as , Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation workflows.

Conduct testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users on RPA technologies and processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in RPA development or related roles.

Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies such as , Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
