Job Overview
As a Quant Analytics Sr. Associate on the Digital Analytics Team, you will (a) deliver timely and actionable insights to a diverse group of stakeholders to drive customer engagement and business performance, (b) work closely with colleagues in Product, Design, Technology, and Data & Analytics groups to define objectives and key results that can be measured, and create appropriate deliverables to track them accordingly, as well as (c) nurture a culture of test & learn by proactively and purposefully driving the agenda for, and removing hurdles to, continuous experimentation.
- Synthesize data from a number of different sources to identify timely and actionable insights to enhance .
- Analyze to measure the performance and provide executive reporting to senior leadership on key trends.
- Collaborate with teams to test and implement changes aimed at enhancing .
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to test and implement changes aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in , finance, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
- 5+ years analytics experience within
- Proficiency in writing code to query data using , , etc.

- Experience with digital analytics tools i.e. , Google Analytics etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & independently navigate loosely defined business problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
