These services are highly developed using the RBCAs leading technology solutions and they are focussed on areas within both the public and private sector. Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a new or recently Qualified Accountant to join our growing team. Salary: 40k – 50k depending on experience Requirements include: Auditing a range of clients of varying sizes in numerous industries using the latest technology Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a range of entity types Supporting in the managing the audit process, supporting junior team members etc Engaging with clients regularly to gather information and inform of progress/issues You will have an ACA qualification or equivalent You will have experience working within a practice environment You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills Your strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail will be in evidence Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities are also important As a modern firm you will both an interest and demonstrable proficiency in tech Role Our audit and accounts team are core to the RBCA. We have hundreds of clients but this role is focused on larger Owner Managed Businesses and audits and not micro entities. This role will be part of an established team that reports directly to the Audit Director. The role is well developed and offers great opportunities for progression to manager and beyond… This role would suit someone who wants to escape the narrow confines of big audit firm to build their wider accounting skills or someone ambitious from a smaller practice.
