Our client currently looking for Financial Services Account Associate Specialist
What you will be doing:
- Answer and process routine to complex customer requests and inquiries, resolves customer concerns/problems and contributes to the resolution of escalated issues by offering solutions within scope of work via inbound or outbound phone calls.
- You will identify customer’s current and future needs to proactively enhance the customer experience.
- Actively identify opportunities that contribute to the satisfaction of service and operations goals through workflow, productivity, and quality prioritization.
- Communicate with customers by telephone, fax, email or letter, whichever method is most appropriate.
- Actively promote new/existing products and services.
- Acts as a subject matter resource to colleagues and on projects.
- Business process improvement activities.
What you will need:
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals.
- Ability to multi-task using various systems to address customer needs.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global/other teams.
- Detail-oriented and high regard for deadlines and deliverables.
- Problem Solving and customer resolution skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Investment industry or financial services experience desired
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
