Roles and Responsibilities

Complete client ownership – manage inbound customer queries on over chat and email.

Ensure customer is heard throughout escalation process in the event of escalations.

Conduct demos, walkthroughs etc for clients.

Assist customers through occasional phone calls.

Handle payments and related operations

Provide customer insights and bug reports to tech and product teams for feature improvement.
