Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate information over the phone
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Experience with outbound calling and warm calling approaches to build rapport quickly
- Ability to handle technical sales or technology-related inquiries confidently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in recording interactions and follow-up actions
- Customer service orientation combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport and ultimately book appointments
- Utilize CRM software Service Minder to log interactions, manager the calendar, update records, and track confirmation statuses
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify details, answer questions, and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay confirmed appointments and share pertinent information
- Apply negotiation skills when discussing appointment times or resolving scheduling issues
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service throughout each interaction
