REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales experience in an operating theatre setting working with capital equipment – essential.
  • Experience working within the NHS & Private sector, networking and relationship building with both Clinical & Non-Clinical KOLs – essential.
  • Cross functional and matrix style working, ability to work as part of a team and collaborate to achieve individual and team targets through lead generation and sharing best practice.
  • Proactive hunter mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership of their territory as if it were their own business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Curiosity & Learning agility

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gaining sales and market share across our client’s digital visualization, microscopy and diagnostic portfolio across your assigned Territory.
  • Proactive collaboration with Account Managers, Sales Effectiveness Managers and other sales specialist roles: identifying potential targets and new customers.
  • Being the key end-to-end specialist contact for visualization and diagnostic systems
  • Surgical Visualization and diagnostic equipment promotion, demoing and training to Healthcare Professionals in the Operating Room and Clinic
  • Driving equipment penetration and upgrades according to the account plan in Salesforce
  • Ensuring high pull-through of intraocular lenses and consumables
  • Identifying visualization and diagnostic opportunities and creating leads for Cataract and Vitreoretinal Equipment
  • Reporting competitive intelligence
  • Consistently acting in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and medical device regulatory environment.
