REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience in an operating theatre setting working with capital equipment – essential.
- Experience working within the NHS & Private sector, networking and relationship building with both Clinical & Non-Clinical KOLs – essential.
- Cross functional and matrix style working, ability to work as part of a team and collaborate to achieve individual and team targets through lead generation and sharing best practice.
- Proactive hunter mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership of their territory as if it were their own business.
- Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally
- Strong problem solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gaining sales and market share across our client’s digital visualization, microscopy and diagnostic portfolio across your assigned Territory.
- Proactive collaboration with Account Managers, Sales Effectiveness Managers and other sales specialist roles: identifying potential targets and new customers.
- Being the key end-to-end specialist contact for visualization and diagnostic systems
- Surgical Visualization and diagnostic equipment promotion, demoing and training to Healthcare Professionals in the Operating Room and Clinic
- Driving equipment penetration and upgrades according to the account plan in Salesforce
- Ensuring high pull-through of intraocular lenses and consumables
- Identifying visualization and diagnostic opportunities and creating leads for Cataract and Vitreoretinal Equipment
- Reporting competitive intelligence
- Consistently acting in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and medical device regulatory environment.
