Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • College Level or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry and reporting in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager, including supervising the training employees, opening and closing the store, the safekeeping of all cash and takings, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes.
  • Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks.
  • Maintains fast, accurate service, ensures excellent customer experience, and ensure that all products are consistent with brand standards.
  • Makes sure that the restaurant adheres to company, local municipality and brand standards with regards to cleanliness, organization, food safety and customer accessibility.
  • Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
  • Offers friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
