REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced: You have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience working in the influencer space and a strong background working remotely with virtual teams.
• Systems-Driven: You’re exceptionally organized, practice excellent time management, and have prior experience using project management software (we use ProWork Flow).
• Emotionally Mature & Honest: You handle miscommunications and issues directly and professionally. If a problem occurs, you take immediate ownership and resolve it.
• Exceptional Communicator: You possess excellent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Available & Present: You must be available to attend our mandatory weekly team meeting every Monday at 12:00 pm Central Time, fully prepared and ready to collaborate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI-Powered Repurposing: Take our existing written copy (ads, blog posts, email campaigns) and use Gemini or ChatGPT to transform it into engaging reels and carousels.
• Visual Curation & Canva Design: Pair your drafted content with authentic images from our 10-year library of live events and community members. Use Canva to seamlessly apply our brand aesthetics, specifically utilizing our required fonts (EB Garamond and Lato) and our signature color palette (soft pinks, muted golds, and warm grays).
• Strategic Scheduling: Build and manage a 3-month editorial calendar using Excel and Google Drive, keeping our content pipeline incredibly organized.
• Manual Multichannel Posting: Manually publish daily weekday posts (5 posts per week) directly to our multiple pages across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Community Engagement: Actively follow up and engage with audience members who comment or ask questions, always behaving in a positive, professional manner.
