Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in project management or business analysis.
- 3+ years with Jira and Confluence Skills
- Proficiency in creating and managing Jira workflows, dashboards, and custom fields; strong experience with Confluence page organization and content management.
- Ability to manage project timelines, calculate burndown rates, organize tasks, and support users in Confluence and Jira.

- Documentation Skills: Strong ability to produce clear, organized, and detailed documentation for end users and stakeholders.

- Professional Experience: 5+ years in IT or project management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on moderately complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
- Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced mathematical principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined technical problems in engineering and other scientific applications to arrive at automated solutions.
- Assist other senior consultants with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture, networking; telecommunications, automation; communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software; lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, support Confluence and Jira configurations, and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead requirements gathering, definition, and tracking to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Train end users on system features during rollouts and provide ongoing support.
- Assess and refine Confluence and Jira project spaces to ensure consistency and usability.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and project updates.
- Communicate project insights, updates, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.
- Identify best practices and solutions to enhance project workflows and knowledge sharing.
- Report project plans, accomplishments, risks, and priorities to improve transparency.
- Mentor team members to strengthen project management skills and support team growth.
- Promote continuous improvement to increase productivity and foster collaboration.
- Use independent judgment to identify problems and recommend solutions.
