JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or field service admin experience
- Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar software
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and update jobs in Housecall Pro
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Send invoices once jobs are completed
- Upload photos and documentation to warranty portals (AHS, 2-10, Motili, etc.)
- Track missing photos, notes, or signatures
- Follow up on unpaid invoices using templates
- Respond to basic customer emails using scripts
