Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working from home.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Moving industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be dependable and responsive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact customers after their move is booked.
  • Confirm move details and logistics.
  • Follow up with customers before moving day.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and moving crews.
  • Collect and track important move information.
  • Request customer reviews after completed moves.
  • Maintain customer records within our CRM.
  • Help ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
