Moving Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Moving industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be dependable and responsive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers after their move is booked.
- Confirm move details and logistics.
- Follow up with customers before moving day.
- Answer customer questions and concerns.
- Coordinate communication between customers and moving crews.
- Collect and track important move information.
- Request customer reviews after completed moves.
- Maintain customer records within our CRM.
- Help ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
