- Strong Microsoft applications skills
- Knowledge of expense reimbursement and invoice processing (Chrome River/Imburse system preferred).
- Knowledge of corporate travel management (CTM platform preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Database entry of gift officer activity; maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings; booking travel; submitting expense reports and invoices; hosting online Teams and Zoom meetings; printing and preparing materials for mailing as requested.
