REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in event marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles with a focus on building relationships.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis to evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating audiences about features and benefits.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including product demos, brand activations, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Engage with attendees through public speaking, product demonstrations, and interactive activities to create memorable experiences.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating content, promoting upcoming events, and engaging with followers to boost brand visibility.
  • Collect data during events to analyze attendee feedback, measure engagement levels, and improve future initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and answering questions about products or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event branding strategies that align with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of sales opportunities during events by promoting products and encouraging on-site purchases or sign-ups.
