RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, edit, and maintain training guides and user documentation.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications to end users and stakeholders.
  • Develop and support training materials for business systems and applications.
  • Facilitate webinars by monitoring chats, sharing resources, and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Assist with classroom training sessions, learner support, and equipment setup.
  • Manage training registrations and administrative training activities.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and develop content.
  • Conduct research to build subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
