RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, edit, and maintain training guides and user documentation.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications to end users and stakeholders.
- Develop and support training materials for business systems and applications.
- Facilitate webinars by monitoring chats, sharing resources, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Assist with classroom training sessions, learner support, and equipment setup.
- Manage training registrations and administrative training activities.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and develop content.
- Conduct research to build subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
