Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Proven, hands-on experience running campaigns in Instantly.ai (required — please don’t apply without this)

Strong understanding of cold email deliverability: DNS records, warmup, spam trigger avoidance

Based in the Philippines

Nice to Have

Experience managing multi-inbox, multi-domain sending environments

Proficiency with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar data sourcing tools

Ability to write clean, conversion-focused cold email copy from scratch

Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs

Background running outbound campaigns in M&A, finance, real estate, or professional services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns inside Instantly.ai

Maintain and monitor DNS records (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and domain warmup protocols

Source, build, and segment B2B lead lists using tools like Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo

Write or execute on provided cold email copy that drives replies, not unsubscribes

Monitor deliverability metrics and troubleshoot issues proactively

Log and update campaign activity in HubSpot or Pipedrive
